Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to love every purchase from Hometown Kountry. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and in original packaging where applicable.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@hometownkountry.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and return shipping address
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back to us using any trackable shipping method
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/card issuer:

• Credit/debit cards: 3-7 business days
• PayPal: 1-3 business days

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you don't need to return it. Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. Damaged items do not count against your 30-day return window.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, washed, or worn
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Items damaged by misuse or improper care

Cast Iron Cookware Care

Cast iron products that have been seasoned or used cannot be returned unless they arrived defective. Please review product descriptions and specifications carefully before purchasing cookware.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Original shipping (free) is non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled. Contact info@hometownkountry.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
